Here are some other ways to use appliances and ways to recycle items.
I posted pictures and links from the places these ideas came from. If there is no picture or link it came from me. I will get pictures taken and posted eventually.
I am always looking for creative ideas. Send me any you have or add them as a comment.
APPLIANCES
Belgium Waffle Maker - Bake brownies and cinnamon rolls. Cook hash brown potatoes.

Heating Pad - Keep bread dough warm so it will rise faster. Bread dough can also be placed in a warmed oven or on a dryer that is running.
Raise bread on a heating pad information
Dehydrator with temperature control - Make yogurt.
Crock Pot - Bake Potatoes. Wash potatoes and put them wet in the crock pot. Bake on low about 6 hours. I do this often.
Crock Pot - Bake bread. Put 2 canning rings in the bottom of the crock pot. Place the bread dough into a greased bread pan and into the crock pot. Do not let the bread rise in the bread pan first. I will rise in the crock pot before it bakes. Make sure the bread pan is centered. If one edge of the bread pan is close to the crock pot (or touching the bottom) it will get a very hard thick crust. Put the lid on the crock pot and bake on low for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
I love this for Summer bread baking.
